Sprinkler systems should be regularly inspected to ensure they are working properly and that no leaks have developed.  An automatic sprinkler system that is not properly maintained will waste water and be a detriment to the upkeep of your lawn and landscaping. Protecting your sprinkler system with regularly scheduled maintenance will ensure that your automatic sprinkler system operates efficiently.

The sprinkler system should be checked at the beginning of the season when the system is first turned on and again halfway through the season.
