Excellent Service
Drip Drop bailed me out of a plumbing nightmare. My wife came home to squishy carpet and upon further inspection we realized our toilet had overflowed with sewage from a tissue blockage. Drip Drop arrived within an hour and fixed the blockage and identified the cause and also recommended a great cleanup team to sanitize/remove/dry all of the affected areas.

Frozen nightmare
Woke up on 1-5-18 to no water. Checked all the obvious culprits and nothing. Drip Drop was here in less than an hour. Did best and worst case scenarios the worst being a burst pipe under the garage . But they replace a valve and put some heat on the main water valve into the house. Presto, that fixed it. They recommended making sure we had some type of insulation around that valve which we did. We were staring down the barrel of a major insurance claim, hotel stay, etc. Drip Drop saved the day. Highly recommend Drip Drop.

Robert and Mike define professional
Ladies and Gents in this day and age customer service is everything. At 13 degrees Robert and Mike responded with lightning speed to new geyser in my front yard. They identified the problem told me what it was going to cost (which was fair for a comfortable spring day, and a bargain at 19 below freezing) and went to work. Within a matter of minutes they had removed and replaced the section of pipe that had exploded and returned water to my house. With 3 kids that seem to be dirt magnets, a dog and 3 adults water is extremely important. I cannot recommend highly enough Drip Drop. Gents thank you again for the repairs and the professionalism, and God bless you for the timely help.
